Novices can do it too! Melt in your mouth soufflé pancakes, revealing the production process

Ingredients
2pcs Egg
20ml Milk
30g All-purpose flour
1.2ml Vinilla extract (optional)
2.5ml Lemon juice
30g Sugar

Important tips
1. I used the all-purpose flour in here, you can also use cake flour to make
2. Whip the egg whites to dry peaks, so the pancakes will come out thicker
3. The whole process is low fire, first 5 minutes, then 3 minutes
4. Adding lemon juice can make the egg white more stable (you can also use a little vinegar instead)
